Our Delivery Services
At Giftbuddy, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. We understand that receiving your orders in a timely and reliable manner is essential, and we strive to meet and exceed your expectations.
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for Giftbuddy recipients to receive our boxes.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
For all orders over $150 shipping is free.
Order Tracking
For your convenience, we offer order tracking services. Once your order has been dispatched, youβll receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions for monitoring your shipmentβs progress.
Please note that Giftbuddy Limited is not liable for the gift boxβs safety after delivery by the courier. If youβre concerned about leaving items unattended, we strongly recommend choosing the βsignature requiredβ option at checkout.
Additionally, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or non-delivery due to restricted access (e.g. animals on the property, or inaccessible buildings).
Therefore, please ensure you have entered accurate and accessible delivery addresses for your precious gifts to arrive at their destination!
Hospital/Apartment delivery
Please be aware that couriers deliver to designated reception areas or delivery points when sending gifts to hospitals. To prevent delays, ensure that your shipping address includes the hospital name, ward number, and room number.
When sending a gift to an apartment building, itβs crucial to provide any necessary access codes or additional instructions for delivery drivers to access the property.
While we strive to deliver your gift boxes within our specified timeframes (though courier shipping times are indicative only and beyond our control), we cannot accept responsibility for late gift deliveries due to adverse weather, traffic delays, incomplete or inaccurate addresses, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons beyond our control.
If your gift hasnβt arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us with your order details, and weβll investigate the delay and provide an estimated delivery date. Alternatively, you can directly contact the courier to inquire about your shipment.
